Design Contest - 2019

Calling all Designers! Up to 12 designs will be selected and featured on our new line of Eco T-shirts launching this June. If your design is selected for the final round, you'll be awarded $5 from each shirt purchased with your design on

PLUS, the designer whose shirt is purchased the most, also receives a bonus $5 for each shirt sold with their design. Each shirt sold will also help plant enough flowers to fuel a bee for its lifetime - love for your design & the bees.

To enter, simply post your proposed deign to your instagram account and tag us @KindWearCollective or #KindWearCollective.  We'll be reviewing entrances from May 1 - 31, 2019. Finalists will be messaged, and post them here on June 1st, 2019.

If selected, you'll be asked to provide us with an EPS file of your design, sign a release form, and provide a mailing address for payout at the end of the contest. Designs will be posted and purchases tracked June 1 - July 31, 2019. All designs will be removed from the Kind Wear collection and no longer available for purchase as of July 31, 2019 at 23:59 PST.  Results will be shared with all finalists on August 5, 2019. Prize money will delivered prior to August 31st to all Finalists.

Simple? Yes!  Fun? Yes! Making an impact for bee health in North America? ALWAYS!

So exciting! It may look like any regular tee, but it's actually made from organic cotton and recycled poly rPET blend that makes the fabric more durable and heavyweight. Each shirt saves at least 4 plastic bottles from ending up in a landfill, or worse. It’s the perfect choice for someone looking for casual, yet sustainable apparel.

  • 60% organic cotton, 40% recycled poly rPET
  • Certified compliance with Organic Cotton Standard
  • Unisex fit
  • Available in either black or  white

Designs will be printed on either the front or back of shirts of the eco t-shirt. The maximum design space available for printing shall be 12 inches wide by 16 inches tall, and will be printed directly onto the garment.  Each garment will be available in either white, or black (selected by the finalist for their individual design)

Bonus Tips:

  • Semi-transparent graphics (or elements with lowered opacity) don't translate well, so use solid colors.
  • Black ink will appear grey on black garments because of the white under base we print. Leave these areas transparent when designing for black garments.
  • We don't print white ink on white shirts. That means if you have a white graphic for a white garment, nothing will print. We recommend using different colors on white garments.

IMPORTANT - sorry, we have to have some rules.  Please for details on all contest rules and regulations.  By submitting your entrance, you accept all rules and regulations.
